Inaccurate flow measurement in the chemical industry will lead to the imbalance of chemical composition distribution fees, which cannot guarantee the product quality, and in serious cases, production safety accidents will occur. In the production of electric power industry, measuring and controlling the flow of liquid, gas, steam and other media plays an important role. The accuracy of flow measurement is not only of great economic significance to ensure the operation of the power plant under good parameters, but also becomes an important part of ensuring the safe operation of the power plant with the development of high temperature, high pressure and large capacity devices.
If the instantaneous water supply flow of large capacity boilers is interrupted or reduced, serious dry boiler or explosion accidents may occur. Therefore, the flow measuring device should not only measure accurately, but also send alarm signals in time.
