Main parameters to be considered when selecting electromagnetic water pump
Author:
1. Applied voltage and frequency (Rating):
E.g. 220VAC 50Hz or 120VAC 60Hz
2. Power
E.g. 16W (Rating)
3. Insulation (temperature resistance) class:
Class A 105 ℃ (temperature rise ≤ 75 K)
Class B 130 ℃ (temperature rise ≤ 90 K)
Class F 155 ℃ (temperature rise ≤ 115 K)
Class H 180 ℃ (temperature rise ≤ 140 K)
Class C 220 ℃ (temperature rise ≤ 180 K)
Remarks: T (℃)=[T (F) - 32)] * 5/9
4. Working mode
ED100% - continuous pumping for 2min/1min - pumping for 2min/stopping for 1min (intermittent pumping)
5. Operating environment
Ambient temperature, such as Ta max: 60 ℃
Fluid temperature, such as Tf max: 35 ℃
6. Large pressure range
For example: 15Bar (the required working pressure should be within 70% of the larger pressure as far as possible)
7. Flow under working pressure, such as 160g/min (@ 10Bar)
Flow rate pressure curve
Generally speaking, the flow of the water pump will decrease with the increase of the working pressure. The flow will be large at 0Bar, and the flow will be zero when the pump is completely blocked, and the pressure will be large.
