CNHT micro pump is small in size, low in noise, low in power consumption, easy to operate, easy to carry, maintenance free, can operate continuously for 24 hours, and allows the medium to be rich in water vapor. More importantly, because it is dry and oil-free, and does not need vacuum pump oil or lubricating oil, it will not pollute the working medium, and will not interfere with the analysis of the medium. And CNHT micro pump is much cheaper. Now, with the wide application of CNHT micropump in various fields and the improvement of vacuum technology, the performance of CNHT micropump is also improving.

To put it simply, the characteristics of large vacuum pumps are high power. The lower the limit vacuum is, the higher the limit vacuum is. Some of them can even reach 10 minus Pa, which is very close to the theoretical vacuum. The pumping rate is large, usually in "L/S (L/s)", which is widely used in industry. However, compared with CNHT micro pump, large vacuum pump is expensive, large in volume, heavy in weight, high in noise, high in energy consumption, requiring regular maintenance, and difficult to move. Some large vacuum pumps must use vacuum pump oil or lubricating oil, which will produce oil mist during operation and pollute the working medium, while CNHT micro pumps are more environmentally friendly.

 

Although the vacuum degree of large vacuum pump is high, it is wasted in low vacuum occasions. For example, in the laboratory, when the pump is only required to sample a small amount of gas, conduct gas analysis, gas circulation, vacuum adsorption, gas transfer, pressurization, indirect water absorption, drainage, etc., using a large vacuum pump exposes many of its shortcomings, and it is more appropriate to use a CNHT micro pump.
