AC power supply:

       When AC power supply is used, the electromagnetic water pump needs to connect a diode in series. The 50Hz/60Hz sinusoidal alternating current cuts off the reverse voltage part through the diode, that is, half of it is turned on in a cycle, and half wave rectification is carried out using the unidirectional conduction characteristics of the diode.

  1. When DC power supply or battery power supply is used, the electromagnetic water pump cannot work directly. A square wave generator is required to adjust the DC power to a certain frequency pulse voltage according to customer requirements to drive the water pump.

     

  2. When customers need to intelligently control the flow of the electromagnetic pump, they can adjust the power supply to a reasonable duty cycle through the intelligent controller, and intelligently control the flow of the pump by adjusting the frequency.

In addition, when 24/12VDC (DC) is used for AC power without grid supply in some occasions (such as automobiles), the water pump cannot work directly. At this time, a controller is required to turn the DC power supply into a pulse voltage of a certain frequency to start the water pump.
